An exact method has not been presented about design of this status yet, therefore in this study we can offer suitable method for design of circular base plates by expression of mathematic formulas. The purpose of this study is design of circular base plates on the effect of applying the axial load and large bending moment in the case that tensile and compressive forces are transmitted to foundation via bolts. In this case compressive bolts which transmit compressive forces to the foundation are also considered in design of base plate.
